Meet Mazzy!!

Hi!
My name is Mazzy Powroznik.

Many people could call me an old lady but if you see me jumping around, you will never believe that I’m almost 14 years old!!! I’m a mix between a Dalmatian and a Labrador and have been with my mom since I was a pup. She adopted me when she was in college at Ball State.

My mom says I’m a real survivor! I’ve been hit by a car and survived!! I’ve also had 2 “doggie-seizures” and survived those too!! As you can see in my pictures; I used to have a big tumor on my neck. That was a non-cancerous tumor – I was very lucky!! My mom had that removed less then a month ago and as you can see in my “after” picture, I look like a puppy again!! I jump around and at 14 years old I’m still going strong!!

Okay, enough about me. Let me tell you about my family! I have a very cute chubby-Puggie sister. Her name is Roxie and she’s about 3 ½ years old. She loves to play in daycare at Good Dog Hotel & Spa and also comes in for baths. I, on the other hand, prefer to just come in for a beauty-treatment and then go home and enjoy my golden years in peace.

But let me tell you about the most exciting thing that has ever happened to me!!!!!!! My mom and dad gave me a brand new HUMAN baby sister!!! She was born on March 10th and she is just a little pink bundle of joy!!! Her name is Vivian Shea, she was 8lbs & 12oz and 21.25 inches long when she was born. She is healthy and happy, and in her picture she is even smiling to the world!!

Roxie and I are so proud to be big sisters. We will teach her everything a girl needs to know!!

My dogs love this place. They have been many times for both day care and overnight stays. The groomer also does a fantastic job of keeping my Sheltie looking very nice! I would recommend this place to anyone who needs someone to trust with their dog.

I want to personally thank all the professionals at Good Dog on 53rd and Winthrop. When I pull up to the parking lot, my five month old Golden Retriever-Duke always gets very excited, which lets let’s me know that’s he’s loved by their staff.

My German Shepard Ace was so relaxed and had a great temperament after being boarded for 3 days. They groomed him beautifully. We were very impressed and will definitely return.

I have been taking Louie to Good Dog Hotel and Spa for over 5 years now, since he was a puppy, and he loves it! He is always greeted by name when we arrive and everyone is so nice and loving toward him. Louie gets so excited when we pull up in the parking lot...

They have amazing boarding suites and their groomer is the best. They also offer drop off nail cutting services for a great deal and super quick. I completely trust...
