Important Message from Good Dog Hotel

The team at Good Dog Hotel would like to inform all of our customers of our response to the COVID-19 outbreak.

LOBBY:
Our lobby will remain open however we would like to limit the amount of customers to no more than 2 at a time. We request that you take your lead and collar with you if you are dropping off for grooming services. If you have a boarding or daycare appointment, please leave the collar on your pet and take your lead.
*We would appreciate it if you would allow us to take our leads off to minimize hand to hand contact.
If you would rather not come in to the building, please just call us and we will come out to the car. We do ask that you have the door to your vehicle already open for us with the lead/collar off the pet.

PAYMENT:
Most of our clients have credit cards on file. If you are more comfortable with us using this method of payment, we are more than happy to do so. Our reader will also be available for those people who are comfortable with using the pin pad, which is sanitized after every client. We just ask that you do not sign.

CLEANING:
As always, Good Dog will continue to maintain a sanitized environment. The cleanliness of the facility is of the utmost importance to us.
Our self-serve bathing room is sanitized after every customer so we ask for your patience if there is any waiting time between washes.

We are all in this together an will get through this together. We appreciate your patronage and understanding during this trying time and would like to thank you for trusting your pet with our Good Dog family. Stay safe and healthy.
