Michelle Moser
General Manager
With more than 21 years at Good Dog Hotel & Spa, Michelle Moser has been a cornerstone of the team and a trusted resource for both pets and their families. Before joining Good Dog, she spent nearly two decades working in the mental health field, where she developed the patience, compassion, and problem-solving skills that continue to shape her approach to animal care today.
Having grown up surrounded by dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, and even a few snakes, Michelle has always been passionate about animals. She especially enjoys understanding each dog’s unique personality and behavior, believing that every pet communicates in its own way. Whether helping a nervous first-time guest or solving a challenge that makes a dog feel more comfortable, Michelle is dedicated to ensuring every pet has a positive experience while staying at Good Dog.
One of Michelle’s favorite parts of the job is working alongside the team to find creative solutions that help dogs thrive. She loves seeing anxious pets become confident guests and believes that paying attention to the smallest details can make the biggest difference in a dog’s stay.

Growing up surrounded by them, she quickly developed a love for animals while spending time with her grandmother and helping care for her Rottweilers. Those early experiences sparked a lifelong passion for working with dogs and understanding the unique bond they share with people.
As Guest Services Manager, Katie enjoys building relationships with both pets and their families. She understands that leaving a dog in someone else’s care is a big decision, especially during life’s busiest moments.
