Broad Ripple Good Dog Hotel Staff

Hi I’m Jenny, and I’ve been at Good Dog since 2006! It wasn’t until I moved to Indy (from Marion) that I knew doggie hotels existed. My parents brought our boxers here for training, and I knew it was the place for me! Spending time with your dogs everyday and seeing them grow from puppies has been such a privilege. Working here also brought me to my dog, Pixie, who came in as a stray. I’ve made great friends, human and canine, and hope to be here for a long time to come!
David St. Pierre graduated from Broadripple High School and Herron Art Institute. A retired mortician, he’s always had a love for dogs. After frequenting our facility, he got to know one of our managers and found the job he always wanted — providing our hotel guests with 1-on-1 time! He comes to work everyday, rain or shine, 7 days a week, to make sure the dogs get lots of love, toys, treats, and music. Making dogs feel comfortable, loved, and safe is his natural gift!
Hi I’m Mary! I moved to Indy from Idaho in 2007 and have been working here ever since. I work in our hotel, daycare and grooming areas, and I love getting to know each dog’s personality. I’m the proud mom of two, KaLynn and A.J., and I enjoy participating in Renaissance Fairs and sword fighting. I’m also a volunteer for the U.A.N (United Animal Nation) and EARS (Emergency Animal Rescue Service).
Hi, I’m Chad. I’ve worked at Good Dog since 2008 and I love it! I manage our daycare area, and it’s incredibly gratifying to watch your dogs grow and blossom. Every day is different from the last. When I’m not at work, I take my dogs Domino and Merlin on bike rides, long walks and camping trips. The Good Dog staff and their pups are like family to me, and I feel very fortunate to have so much love and support!
chris Hi everyone! My name is Chris, but my co-workers call me Mr. Chris. I joined Good Dog in February 2011 and absolutely love working in daycare. My favorite thing is playing fetch with the big dogs — I love watching them have a great time! I’m originally from Cloves, New Mexico. When I’m not working, I love to fish and play with my dog Bowser, who I adopted from Good Dog’s rescue!
Hi I’m Laura! From the moment I walked into Good Dog, I knew it was the right place for me. I’ve loved dogs my whole life, and I love working with them every day. My background is in art (I’m a painter) and I used to work at the IMA. At home, I am mom to Gidget, a chocolate lab who loves her cats, and Willie, a very lovable mutt!
I’m Ashley, and I started working here because I absolutely love animals…they have the best attitudes and are always happy and excited to see you. I studied 3 years at USI in Evansville and recently moved back to be near my little brother and sisters. I don’t have a dog of my own but hope to have a golden puppy in the near future! I do, however, have a very spoiled kitty named Cudi. When I’m not working, I’m out taking pictures, watching Netflix, and spending time with my friends.
joel I’m Joel, and even though I don’t have any pets of my own right now, I’ve always loved dogs. The best part about working at Good Dog is that we have hundreds of hotel and daycare pups that I can love and treat as my own. Lacy the pittie, pictured with me, is definitely one of my favorites! I also love working with my friends and coworkers.
Hi I’m Josh. I came to Good Dog because I love working with and taking care of animals, and my favorite part about this job is playing with our daycare pups. I have three dogs of my own: an Aussie mix named Sam, Rusty the Brittany Spaniel, and my Pomeranian Charlie. I’ve lived in two states, Indiana and Oregon, and I am so excited to be part of the Good Dog team.
Liz Hey, my name is Liz. I’m an artist and teach part time at Herron School of Art and Purdue. I actually moved to Indy, from Chicago, a few years ago. Sadly I have no dogs of my own, but luckily working at Good Dog provides me with my doggie-fix. A dog’s wagging tail brings a smile to my face. They are always so happy and full of love, especially our Tiki, he’s perfect.
cheyenne Hey, my name is Cheyenne. I absolutely love dogs and this job is super fun. My favorite part about working here is getting to know the dogs. All of them are different, just like people. I recently adopted a pit puppy and named her Hannah. She’s a bit of a handful, but we love her anyway. She’s our cuddle bug, ball of energy, and adores meeting new people. When I’m not here, you can find me hanging out with her and my boyfriend. We are sort of homebodies.
natasha Hey there, my name is Natasha. My life would be empty with dogs, so working here has been the perfect fit. It’s so fun to know that every time I come in I’ll be given lots of hugs and kisses by all the pups. At home I have 3 pups of my own. Max 9 yo, Fate 3 yo, and Honey Jo (who I adopted from Good Dog.) Outside of work I love to film and edit live shows/concerts that I go to.
Indigo Hello, I’m Indigo! I applied to Good Dog because love dogs! I have three of my own, Peyton, a 9 year old Pit, Dash, my goofy 4 year old Rhodesian mix, and the youngest , Hugo, a 2 year old bulldog. Before I worked here, I actually brought my dogs for daycare & hotel. It can be tough to leave your pups in a boarding facility, but here we get to know the dog’s personalities and to me that’s pretty great. As cheesy as it may sound, I love seeing the pups and their owner(s) excited to see each other after a stay. Seeing other people happy makes me happy. When I’m not working, I go to school at IU where I study Biology.
emily Hey, my name is Emily. I’m a huge dog lover. Unfortunately, I don’t have a dog of my own, so I applied to Good Dog to hang out with dogs all the time. Who wouldn’t love that?! It’s great to be surrounded by people who understand how much caring for an animal matters. When I’m not here getting to know all the pups, I’m going to school at Herron School of Arts at IUPUI. A current and long term goal for me is to become a sports photographer and own a farm with a German Shepherd.
Stephanie Hello I’m Stephanie! I work in daycare, which for me is perfect because I’ve always loved dogs. My favorite part about daycare is learning about all of the different breeds. It doesn’t hurt that I get to play and give them lots of love though! Outside of work, I play soccer and basketball. My two dogs, Biscuit and Tonks, keep me busy as well. Biscuit, the Aussie, is loyal and very protective. While Tonks, my big Shepherd mix, is a scaredy cat but oh so cute!
Jessie & alfie Hi all, my name is Jessie. I’ve always known that I wanted to work with dogs. I enjoy working here because everyone is so friendly and I love getting to know all the pups. When I’m not working, I love to be outside. I love to adventure, meet up with friends, and go to the park. Preferably with my dogs by my side. I have two, a boxer and a toy poodle. My boxer, Zoey, is my best friend. She goes everywhere with me!
taylore Hi, I’m Taylore and I’ve worked with dogs my whole life. I just recently moved to Indy and after reading through the website, I could tell this was a place I wanted to be a part of. My favorite part about working here is meeting all of the adorable dogs! I have a 6 year old, Collie/mix named Iris. She’s very calm, motherly but puts off a very dominant presence. She loves to be outside all the time, just like me. Whether I’m biking, running, or hiking she’s always with me. I’m also attending IUPUI as a premed Dentistry major which keeps me quite busy when I’m not at work.
